Membership Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable. The Membership, once approved is ongoing and will only be cancelled upon written request.
Please note that (not) renewing your membership through the AHK B2B Hub only applies to the presence of your company and representatives on the digital platform. Membership policy, membership fee, renewal and cancellation processes remain as defined in the officially approved Statute of the German-Slovene Chamber of Commerce.
Also, note that after completing the renewal forms in the AHK B2B Hub you may receive system emails about payment options and payment instructions which are to be ignored. The invoice for the membership will be sent to you from our accounting department. Please do fill in the billing information in the form anyway, so that your company data will be properly stored in the platform. As we only offer corporate memberships, always choose the "Use my company billing information" option.
